Welcome to the theater’s abbreviated June enewsletter. We’re taking some sun and fun and will be back in full force in July. In the meantime….

Enjoy some sun and fun yourself at the free Isthmus Jazz Fest, June 5-6, on the Terrace!

Don’t miss the awesome David Sanchez on June 6 at 8 pm. World-renowned jazz critic Howard Reich saluted him, saying "Technically, tonally and creatively, he seems to have it all. His sound is plush, his pitch is unerring, his rapid-fire playing is ravishing in its combination of speed, accuracy and utter evenness of tone."

When you come to either (or any other events at the Memorial Union this summer), please keep in mind that the upper level of Lot 6, across from the theater, will be closed for renovations, making for very limited parking there. Please allow yourself more time for parking, and to negotiate construction on University Avenue.

Surely you’ve seen by now our enticing 2009-2010 Season and the special discounts and offers designed to help you enjoy more and spend less during these difficult economic times. Hurry up and buy your tickets now for best seats. Box office and online sales open on July 13, 2009.

Brochures, brochures, brochures! The 2009-2010 Travel Adventure Film Series brochure has just been sent. The season brochure will be in the mail by mid-June. You may still take yourself off our mailing list and help us save on trees, energy and money. Please email ted@wut.org, include your address and ask to be taken off the list. Mother Earth will be grateful and so will we.
